Terms of service.
Accepting these terms is required to use ASYDATA. Read carefully — written as plainly as possible, no needless legalese.
1. Who provides the service
ASYDATA is operated by ASYNC DATA SRL, company ID 1023600061838, Chișinău, 29/1 Dimo Nicolae St., apt. 36. Contact: valeriu@asydata.com.
2. What ASYDATA is
A platform that automates the processing of primary accounting documents. We connect your sources (Gmail, Drive, SIA, banks, 1C) through official APIs, AI agents validate the data, you confirm. Details on the homepage.
3. Account and access
To use the service you need an account. You warrant that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the data sources you connect (e.g. that you have the right to process your clients' documents). You are responsible for the security of your password.
4. What you may and may not do
Allowed: using the service for its intended purposes (accounting processing, internal flow automation). Forbidden: reverse engineering, attempts to break our infrastructure, using the service for illegal activities, uploading malicious content.
5. Your data
The documents and data we process remain your property. We are only a processor in the GDPR sense. See the Privacy Policy for details. We do not train shared AI models on your data.
6. Payment and billing
Pricing per /pricing. Payment is made monthly/annually, in advance. Invoices are issued to the legal entity indicated at signup. Payment delays of more than 30 days = account suspension (with prior notice).
7. Cancellation
You may cancel anytime from your control panel or by writing to valeriu@asydata.com. No lock-in. Upon cancellation, you receive a full export of your data (standard format) within 7 days.
8. Warranties and limits
We do our best to ensure the service is accurate, fast, and available (target uptime 99.9%). However: you are responsible for final verification of documents and reporting decisions. AI can be wrong — the validation dashboard exists exactly for this reason. Maximum liability: the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. We notify you by email at least 30 days before significant changes. If you disagree, you may cancel your account.
10. Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Moldova. For any dispute: competent courts in Chișinău.
